Considering that the hardware products are filled from the electronic scale to the bag to prevent the bag from breaking through, the packaging machine is equipped with a buffer mechanism to avoid breaking the bag and protect the knife holder. At the same time, the material of the bag should be thick and flexible to ensure that the packaging is firm and the bag is not easy to break.
In order to make the feeding of hardware products to the machine more uniform, the feeding machine is equipped with a grading vibrating bucket, which makes the product feeding more uniform and smooth.
After packaging the product, there will be a finished product output machine to output the product to the collection turntable, which is convenient for workers to collect, organize and pack.
The packaging machine can also be equipped with a coding machine and a labeling machine, which is convenient for users to mark the information of each bag of products, such as date, serial number, product parameter specifications, etc.
