8. 300g: 20-35 cases/min 10kg: 10-15 cases/min
9. 500g; 20-35 cases/min 12kg: 7-10 cases/min
10. 125kg: 20 cases/min 20kg: 7-8 cases/min
Packing Solution:
The combination scale and platform are shared, and the packaging part is replaced, which can meet the needs of customers for bagging and boxing.
The following packaging solutions are customized for customers:

Machine scheme: nail filling machine + 14-head hardware combination scale + LD-520 host
Machine Features:
1. There is a Z type fasteners conveyors to bring the fasteners from the ground to the weigher.The transport speed is around 3m3/h.
2. The transport conveyor for the cartons. It is adjustable conveyor and suits for differet cartons size. The workers could adjust the both sides of the conveyor.
3. The LD-520 machine model is controlled by the PLC controlling system and touch screen. So the machine is easy for the workers to operate.The workers just need to switch on the machine and click the buttons to let the machine work automatically.
4. The bag length is could be adjusted on the touch screen.the machine could make different bag length for different weight of products.
5. The finished product conveyor transport the finished products packing from the machine to the collecting table, so the worker could pick up and count the finished products directly and continuously.
