Feeding:
Bulk items—whether screws, nails, pills, or other small components—are loaded into a hopper or bulk container and then metered into the machine by a vibratory feeder or conveyor belt, ensuring a smooth, controlled flow of parts into the counting zone.

Counting:
As parts pass through the counting area, optical or photoelectric sensors detect each individual piece and transmit pulses to the control system, which accurately tallies the total in real time.

Packaging:
Once the exact count is reached, the machine releases the parts into pre‑opened packaging films or pouches (commonly OPP, CPP, or polyethylene), which have been positioned and held open at the fill station.

Sealing:
Filled bags are sealed by opposing heat‑sealing jaws that apply a precise combination of temperature, pressure, and dwell time to create a durable, airtight seal with a neat finish.

Labeling & Printing:
If required, the system can automatically apply pre‑printed labels or print barcodes, batch numbers, and other product information directly onto each package immediately after sealing.

Discharging & Collection:
Finally, sealed packages are cut free and gently discharged onto an outfeed conveyor or into collection bins—ready for downstream handling or case packing—without any manual intervention.
